Thank you for shopping with Hella Good Shop. Because our mugs are custom-made and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom mug orders.
Custom Mug Orders
All personalized and custom mug sales are final once production has started. This includes mugs with custom names, photos, text, logos, designs, or other personalized details.
Damaged or Broken Mugs
If your mug arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the broken or damaged mug
- A photo of the packaging, if available
Once we review the photos, we will send a replacement mug at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or there is an error with your order caused by us, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Customer-Provided Information
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect names, wrong photos, or inaccurate personalization details.
