Custom Products
Many of our products are custom-made and personalized based on the information, photos, names, text, or designs provided by the customer. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering correct personalization details, spelling, names, photos, shipping address, and order information. Hella Good Shop is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Production & Shipping
Orders are produced as quickly as possible. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because custom mugs are made specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds or returns on personalized mug orders once production has started.
Damaged Items
If your mug arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged mug. We will replace broken mugs caused by shipping damage after photo verification.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any photos, images, logos, names, text, or artwork submitted for custom products. Hella Good Shop may refuse any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Product Colors & Images
Product photos and colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and production process. Minor variations may occur with custom printed items.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inappropriate content, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of these terms.
